Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Final Burn game and its promotional website, both published by Brand-F. It explains the information handled by the game, the cloud progression system, Google services used by Final Burn, and the promotional website.

Information You Provide

Final Burn does not ask you to create a Brand-F username or password and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or payment-card information directly. On Android, Final Burn can use your Google Play Games identity and Firebase Authentication to provide leaderboards and cloud progression synchronization.

Career Progression and Information Stored On Your Device

Final Burn stores gameplay and progression information locally so the game can work offline. This may include:

Level and pilot rank are derived from lifetime XP. Final Burn is designed to remain playable when authentication, network access, or cloud synchronization is unavailable.

Google Play Games, Firebase Authentication, and Cloud Progression

If Google Play Games authentication is available, Final Burn can use Google Play Games to authenticate with Firebase. Firebase assigns an account identifier used to keep cloud progression associated with the authenticated player. Final Burn does not receive your Google Account password.

When cloud progression synchronization is available, Final Burn stores career data in Google Cloud Firestore. Cloud data can include your career identifier, reset generation, lifetime XP, career statistics, score records, streak information, completed seed and Daily Challenge history, progression revisions, and synchronization metadata needed to restore and reconcile your career. This allows progression to be restored after an app reinstall or when moving to another compatible Android device using the same supported player identity.

Final Burn uses the authenticated Firebase account identifier to separate one player's cloud progression from another's. Authentication credentials and Google Play Games authorization codes are handled by the native Google/Firebase authentication flow and are not stored as part of your Final Burn career profile.

The in-game Career Reset feature starts a new progression career and prevents an older career from replacing the new one during synchronization. Career Reset should not be treated as a request to immediately erase every backend record associated with the previous career. Google Play Games Leaderboards

Final Burn uses Google Play Games Services for Daily Challenge leaderboard features. Google may process your Play Games gamer identity, game activity, submitted scores, rankings, device information, and related service data. Depending on your Play Games profile visibility settings, your gamer name, avatar, scores, and rankings may be visible to other players.

Firebase Analytics

The Android game uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how Final Burn is used and to improve the game. Final Burn records limited gameplay and app-interaction events such as starting a game, starting a Daily Challenge, selected difficulty or game mode, and a successful landing. Firebase Analytics may also process device, app, approximate location, advertising or app-instance identifiers, diagnostic information, and other analytics data according to Google's service configuration and your device settings.

Final Burn does not intentionally send your raw control inputs or Google Account password to Firebase Analytics.

Google AdMob and Consent

Final Burn uses Google AdMob to display interstitial advertisements unless the Remove Ads entitlement is active. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share information with Google for advertising, measurement, consent management, and fraud prevention. This may include your IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID. Your IP address may be used to estimate your general location. Ad personalization depends on your device settings, consent choices, region, and eligibility.

Final Burn uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent where required. Where available, privacy choices can also be reviewed through the game's privacy options.

Optional Remove Ads Purchase

Final Burn offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Google Play processes the transaction and payment details. Final Burn receives the product and purchase status information needed to grant, acknowledge, and restore the entitlement. Brand-F does not receive your full payment-card information.

The game can check currently owned purchases so the Remove Ads entitlement can be restored. Google Play retains transaction records under Google's policies.

Website Analytics

The Final Burn promotional website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, session activity, approximate location, browser and device information, IP address, and a client identifier stored in a cookie. Brand-F does not use website analytics to collect your Final Burn cloud career profile.

Sharing and Sales

Brand-F does not sell personal data. Information is shared with Google as needed to provide Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore progression synchronization, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Games, AdMob advertising and consent features, Google Play Billing, and website analytics as described above.

Data Retention and Your Choices

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared, replaced, or removed through normal app or device controls. Cloud progression and service data may be retained as needed to provide synchronization, protect career-reset integrity, maintain service records, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. Google-controlled data is also subject to Google's retention and deletion policies.

You can use Final Burn without successful cloud synchronization, manage applicable ad privacy choices in the game or through your device settings, manage Play Games data in Google Play Games, and contact Brand-F regarding Brand-F-controlled privacy or deletion requests.

Children's Privacy

Final Burn is not designed to ask children to provide personal information directly. Google services used by the game may process data as described in this policy and under Google's applicable age, account, consent, and advertising requirements. If you believe personal information has been provided to Brand-F in connection with Final Burn, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes

This policy may be updated if Final Burn's features, service providers, or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
